she seems to get tired easily right now if i make her think or talk too much. it makes both of us tired. i cant even passive force if i dont have enough energy. we are a little bit pathetic
i think us talking out loud to each other was the thing that made things go super fast, it feels a lot more concrete than talking in your head, and i think that reinforces the separation well
she cant possess my voice so id have to speak for her and for me i think thatd make me feel more like im making it up. unless you mean i talk aloud and she responds mentally?
just blurt out whatever thought comes out, and the tulpa's thoughts start coming out too

Luminesce: Oh wow, definitely don't switch yet then. My tulpas never had that problem just talking, but switching made them tired at first (enough for the body to fall asleep), though they could go longer and longer at a time with practice until 1-2 months when they could then stay switched indefinitely(edited)
some of the most fluent responses ive gotten from her were her saying basically that she doesnt feel like practicing whatever i was suggesting at the time
Not a name because people can say nameless or otherwise.
You don't call someone who is nameless like based off their features and be as that is their name..

He's still getting a name but I'm pointing this out... Identifiers aren't names... That includes symbols to identify this person exists or is here.
More or less it's like a nickname in terms of a differentiation
But he has a name he has been somewhat working on
Not a full name
He might share his name but dangerous ppl

Reply to: even if you call someone “nameless” then that becomes their name
it’s fine, nothing wrong with that

And not to have his name soiled by lies
9:16 AM
it's temporary lmao

Lie detectors are ascientific bullshit that don't work at all, but if you did have one that worked, I doubt it'd detect that as a lie
12:33 AM
"The belief underpinning the use of the polygraph is that deceptive answers will produce physiological responses that can be differentiated from those associated with non-deceptive answers; however, there are no specific physiological reactions associated with lying, making it difficult to identify factors that separate those who are lying from those who are telling the truth." first paragraph on wikipedia, not sure if this is common knowledge or not
But playing in the scenario, assuming that lie detectors worked, I think the fronter being questioned would pass the test
12:34 AM
Because they're not lying, they didn't commit the crime; they may have been complicit in it, depending on the circumstances, but they did not actively make the body do the crime
No worries, I just like to share that info when it comes up--they are often depicted as flawless in media, so I like to share that little tidbit to help counteract the common assumption

If someone in a system commits a crime, and then switches to another in the system, and the other was the one receiving questioning
as blank said it would be about what you believe not what you did
But don’t fool yourself: you take full responsibility for what your headmates do. System responsibility(edited)
i'm used to just zoning out on video games or merely lounging around when i'm with my gf more often than not these days, but neither of those sound like conductive forcing techniques
oh, and i guess i can addendum that i'd like to try and force more at work when i'm alone, but considering i'm a meat clerk in a supermarket, i can't really watch videos or read or game on the clock. and my natural proclivity then is to just browse my phone, but that's not conductive to good forcing either. there's only so many times i feel i can ask what we should eat for lunch/dinner...

@kaybee - jump
when you are stuck with one person for too long you run out of topics to talk about and things to do
what helps with refreshing it is for both people to spend some time with other people
I did try. I suppose though all of this really is my fault. When it comes to narration and practice, there were times I did it all day. But now, unfortunately, I’m at the end of my rope when it comes to mental health. I guess though, that it doesn’t really matter, and that all of this is just something I should figure out.

But anyway, thank you for the answer. Doubt there’s anything else to say about that.
even a few minutes is better than nothing, for sure
8:45 PM
if you can't set aside time in the day to talk to them, you can try to read to them at night before bed, or even just keep them in mind while you do your business
is it normal to get like cluster headaches over the span of a couple weeks and then have a new headmate appear when the headache is agonizing? cuz that just happened to me.
6:41 AM
just wondering if its at all possible for this to be tulpa shit cuz it sure as hell doesnt sound like it
this bitch showed up fully formed? and gave us a headache somehow. for weeks.
7:22 AM
with all thats going on i am less and less inclined to believe that this is tulpa shit anyways but if you all want to insist on that ì guess thats fine
frankly i dont care one way or another but i do not want to hear shit about "walk-ins" when weve had three now appear for no good goddamn reason and no difference is made whether we 'accept' them or not
7:24 AM
if this is one of those self inflicted problems where kei fucked everything up well fuck me i guess!
involuntary "walk-ins"/"splits"/whatever the fuck you want to call it
memory problems
i dont think this is within the realm of tulpamancy atp. ik kitkat will just tell me im wrong but im tired of this, its really affecting us and it has been for years whether you want to hear it or not
7:29 AM
i cant sleep or think because of this headache too and like? i dont think an agonizing headache followed by a "walk-in" is typical of this shit
